Infection hygiene - guidelines
The Department of Odontology adheres to the National Infection Hygiene Guidelines for Dental Clinics. The guidelines are established by the Central Unit for Infection Hygiene/Statens Serum Institut.
The following supplementary guidelines must be followed at the Department of Odontology:
- Ad. 13.2: Hand washing is ALWAYS performed at the start of the day
- Ad. 13.3: Clinical supervisors who monitor students' work on patients as well as staff who assist at multiple treatments at the same time are not required to change mask/mouth cover after each patient

Microorganisms/infectious diseases
By suspicion or occurrence of specific microorganisms/infectious diseases, these guidelines are to be followed:
- MRSA positive patients and staff (pdf file)
